Target a enemy. Every units in 400 AOE will attack the enemy targeted by Shinranshin no Jutsu. As a adoration the enemy will loss 10% ms, and his armor will be reduced.

20lvl - Take control of target enemy hero for 20sec
After Casting Ino will be unable to move and use skills. She gain + 10 armor and 200hp during Shintenshin no Jutsu. If the controled enemy die during that time, Ino will die aswell.
