This skill passively increases sakura's damage, for each second she doesn't attack, this does not include casting spells. After she attacks the +damage will go back to 0 and begin to add damage again to his next attack. The skill is amazing for last hitting/ harassing and ganking because it allows you to obtain high levels of damage without any mana cost. The only problem is that attacking continuously will negate the entire effect of the skill.
